When will I be charged for my reservation?
Charges are not processed until your service has been successfully completed.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Reservations are considered to be confirmed once you have received an e-mail trip confirmation from [email protected] (Important: Be sure to add us to your email contact list so you never miss any important email updates from us.)
Is gratuity included in the grand total?
Gratuity is not include in total price. If you wish to leave gratuity feel free to call one of our representatives at 1-800-204-0277.
Is there prepayment for my reservation?
Prepayment is not required unless deemed necessary.
What is your Wait-Time Policy?
On point-to-point and hourly services, clients are given 15 minutes of free waiting time starting after the scheduled pickup time. Once the free waiting time is over, there will be a charge of $1 for every extra minute waited thereafter. On airport pickups clients are given 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic flights and 60 minutes of free waiting time for international flights. Once your free waiting time is over, there will be a charge of $1 for every extra minute waited thereafter.
What is curbside airport pick-up?
On curbside pick-up you will meet you driver outside your airport terminal near curbside. Once you are headed towards curbside call your driver to let him or her know of your location so they can start heading from the holding lot to your location.
What is airport meet & greet service?
On meet and greet services your chauffeur will meet you inside your airport terminal holding a greet sign that reads your name or company name. From there your chauffeur will guide you and any of your luggage to your reserved vehicle.
What if I need to make a change to my itinerary?
You can email us directly at [email protected] or you can call us at +1-800-204-0277. Alternatively, if you have an account with us on our website, you can login into your user portal where you can view live reservations and make any necessary changes to your trip(s). New users can create an account here.
Do you have child car seats available?
We do offer child car seats (infant, toddler, and boosters seats), however we do ask that you request one ahead of time. Disclaimer: Passengers are responsible for buckling up their children
How do you screen your drivers?
During our recruitment process we screen drivers for any state or federal felonies, drug-tested, check insurance eligibility and examine their DMV Drivers Record.
