You will be charged after we have successfully completed your trip.

Your reservation is confirmed once you have received an e-mail confirmation from us.

No, gratuity is at your discretion.

No we do not require prepayment unless we deem it necessary.

On point-to-point and hourly services, you are given a 15 minute grace period of wait-time starting right after your scheduled pickup time. After your graced period is over, you will be charged $1 for every extra minute of wait-time.

For airport pickups customers are given 30 minute  of free wait-time on domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights. Once your grace period has ended you will be charged for a $1 for every extra minute that is waited.

To avoid cancellations fees, sedans & SUVs must be cancelled 2 hours before your pick-up time, Sprinter & Stretch Limos must be cancelled 24 hours before your pick-up time, and coach & mini-buses must be cancelled 48 hours before your pickup time.

We charge $20 for any unscheduled extra stops made on all non-hourly reservations.

Curbside pick-up is our outside airport pick-up service. Customers who request curbside pick. After collecting you luggage, if any, please contact your driver, and he or she will pick you up within 5-10 minutes depending airport traffic conditions.

Customers who have requested meet & greet services, will be greeted by their chauffeur with your name card in hand and will assist you with any luggage.

We do offer child car seats (infant, toddler, and boosters seats), however we do ask that you request one ahead of time. Disclaimer: Passengers are responsible for buckling up their children.
