Are your chauffeurs vaccinated and masked?

– Yes, all of our chauffeurs are required to be fully vaccinated and masked. Additionally, vehicles are santized and cleaned before and after every ride.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at LAX Airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you at the end of your arriving terminal and help collect any checked bags. From there, you and your bags will be escorted to your reserved vehicle in the parking garage. Please note: In the rare event that your chauffeur is unable to find close enough parking to your terminal, he/she may need to arrange a curbside pickup with you.

Will my chauffeur keep track of my flights arrival time?

– Yes, as soon as your flight departs your chauffeur will keep track of any changes or delays in your flights arrival time and adjust your pickup time accordingly.

How much free wait-time am I given?

– Enjoy 30 minutes of free wait-time for domestic flight pickups, 60 minutes for international flight pickups, and 15 minutes for all other non-airport pickups and non-hourly jobs. A fee of $1 will apply for each minute waited after the free wait-time period has ended.

How will I know my chauffeur has arrived and what if I need to contact them?

– We send you automated text message alerts once your chauffeur is on the way and when they’ve arrived at your pickup location. In case you need to contact your chauffeur, we’ll have their name and phone number emailed to you as soon as a chauffeur is assigned to your reservation. 

Do you have access to FasTrak lanes?

– Yes, during times of heavy traffic chauffeurs will use fasTrak lanes when and where ever possible.

Are the prices online the final price I pay?

– Yes, post-trip fees only apply when your chauffeur waits beyond the free wait-time period ($1 fee for every extra minute waited), any extra stop requests during the ride ($20 fee per stop), and/or any toll road fees.

Is there a cancellation fee?

– Cancellations are 100% free of charge as long as we’re notified 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time will be charged in full.
